"Nice place. Room was a little outdated"

"The lobby was really nice and clean. The hall carpet and elevator tile was filthy. The drawers in the chest of drawers in our room would not stay closed. This caused a safety issue during the night. When walking to the restroom, the drawers would be in the walkway. I hit the top drawer with my arm. Other than the drawers, the room was nice. The shower head was great."

"First room they sent us to the bed wasn’t made. Second room it turned out the toilet was plugged and there was poop on the lid. Going from the registration desk to the elevator was weird. There were no lights turned on. The card readers to get in exterior doors didn’t work. The grass was knee high. You could tell it had been nice place once upon a time. Those days are gone and the place needs some TLC."

"Room was pretty dirty. Had stains on almost all pillow cases, sheets, and blankets. There was garbage and candy wrappers behind and underneath the pull out couch. Visibly dirty spots/stains on the toilet seat that I had to personally clean off with Clorox wipes and the shower floor had dirt and grime on it. Staff was helpful and got our shuttle set up for very early in the morning which we appreciated. Front desk person also brought us out some breakfast items even though the continental breakfast didn’t officially begin until 6 am. The pool was fun for the kids but there were parts of the sitting area roped off with random construction materials sitting everywhere. Overall it was okay for what we needed but definitely would not stay there again. "

"Our room was clean, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were good, plenty of food and things were stocked and clean. I couldn't access the pool with my key card. The workout room was adequate, not super clean and the TV wouldn't come on."

"Listen is this the nicest hotel in Cleveland? No. Is it the worst? Also no. Bed was ridiculously comfortable, front desk was helpful. Things are worn but for the price what do you expect. It’s up on a lil hill with a gas station and a winking lizard bar and grill walking distance away. I will stay here again"

"One word sums up this hotel: MAGNIFICENT!!! The rooms were clean, spacious, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. Not your typical waffles and bagels, but rather fresh scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruit, etc. The staff was very friendly. Everything about this hotel is first class, and the price was about half of what one would expect for a hotel of this quality. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are anywhere in the area. "
