"We stayed here only for one night as there was limited possibility due to late booking. We highly recommend the hotel for couples planning to stay for up to a week in Moorea. There are good restaurants and a shop closeby so you do not per se need a car all days. Swimming and Kayaking of the coast was great, we even saw a turtle in the crystal clear water. "Breakfast was simple but enough. Some of the best snorkeling we found across the island was off the beach of the hotel. The use of kayaks made it really fun to kayak to the nearby bay and over towards the nearby Hilton bungalows. The property has older furnishings but we didn’t plan to be in our room much and turned out we Weren’t so it worked well for us. I’d recommend renting a car or scooter if staying here to help ease with exploration of the island"

"Great location with eclectic charm. Wonderful to be right on the lagoon and watch the fish and sharks cruise by! Lots of comfortable seating areas to curl up with a book. They have a book filled with local eating spots and menus which was appreciated. Kayaks are available, although seems crazy to have an additional charge on top of room price. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were some soft areas in the floor which is concerning since it was on the second floor."
