"Just don’t stay here it’s not worth the money. The staff is always rude I was asked to by one of the vallet guys for money I thought that was odd considering it’s a complementary service. They don’t have room service and the ‘view’ is a waterfront look over a dirty polluted river. Also don’t stay on the 9th floor, the room I stayed in you can hear the bings from the elevator. It took me awhile to figure out what that noise was and I thought I was loosing it for a second. The entry way to the elevator sounds like a wind tunnel it’s so loud and painful to the ears. "

"Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. Unfortunately there was no coffee maker in the room. There were no bath towels or linens for the pull-out sofa bed so I had to go to the check-in desk twice to get them. Staff led me to the laundry room to get the items instead of delivering them."

"The breakfast description is not accurate. It’s is not a buffet style, it’s a continental breakfast. That was huge let down. This place offers basic budget accommodations. Nothing to write home about. I would like for a better option that offers a true buffet breakfast. It’s worth th extra 50 or 60 a night you might pay. "
