"We truly enjoyed the Alpenhof and felt it was a great value for our stay. Location is excellent, staff very kind and helpful and room was very comfortable and well kept. Overall it does show some age in terms of things are “fixable” as far as upkeep and aesthetics go such as carpets in the common areas that are so worn and filthy looking. Bottom line would stay here again and so nostalgic, great character snd cozy…hope they keep up the quality. "
"When you walk into the lobby, you know you are in for a treat! It’s beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the cabins with two queen beds which are departed from the den/dining area. The cabins are cozy and have a sofa and small dining table, microwave, mini fridge & kitchen sink. Also, there are TVs in the den and bedroom. Great breakfast bar is included!"
