This property is not an 8 Star property and my room was definitely not a 10 star room. There was nothing special about this place. The floors were not level and the tub was not level. The toilet paper was so far away from the toilet, I couldn’t reach it.

Excellent service excellent accommodations I travel with my dad and grandfather both of them needs special accommodations and they make my trip easy accommodating us in a handicap room all 3 of the front desk girls were amazing they go to above and beyond to make us feel nice really recomend and I would stay again with them

Beds are decently comfortable, but the wall are thin so hallway noise from other guests can be heard as early as 4:00am. Smoke alarm kept going off over a couple of days even after informing the front desk.

The staff is very friendly. Beds not so comfortable. For the money you pay I would think it was like the other Best Westerns I stayed in. I'm a very picky and clean person so some things like dirt in the corners of the bathroom and rust on the tub might not bother some but it does me. It was for one night so I just stuck it out.

The hotel room itself was nice, though the jetted tub had a leak at the faucet and kinda bad water pressure. It seems like they also didn't clean the jets themselves since bugs and other dirt shot out once it was turned on. Also the toilet wasn't bolted down well. The free breakfast was nice when there was actually food available. It's a very small breakfast (about 4-5 items ish) and they seemed to not stay very on top of when things ran out.

The carpets were damp upon arrival and so was the bedding. Turned AC on cooler to try to dry things out. Got a text upon arrival stating if we needed anything to text. I asked 3 times for a blanket and additional towels and never got any. Both drink machines weren't working so could not get any bottled water.
