盛岡駅から少し距離はありますが、繁華街に近く立地は最適なホテルです。大同苑盛岡総本店が徒歩数分圏内です。ホテルは古い感はありますが、清掃が行き届いておりスタッフの対応も良く、何一つ不自由はありませんでした。また、利用したいホテルです。
