Location! Location! Location! Directly between Zurich HB train station and bus station. Perfect for day trips/tours. Excellent food right next door. Lots of shopping under the train station with more food options. Hotel staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Hotel is clean and quiet. Great stay!

We returned for our second stay because we love everything about this hotel! It is ideally located near Lake Zurich, the Old Town, and the railway station. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic and convenient for families with young children. Above all, the front desk team is incredible—huge thanks to Ksenia for always being so welcoming and helpful!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Glockenhof Zürich. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the city on foot and by public transportation. Our rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly, accommodating, and helpful. My only minor complaint was that housekeeping carts seemed to remain in the hallways throughout the day and night. They did not prevent us from getting by, but it was unusual and slightly detracted from the otherwise polished feel of the hotel. Overall, the Glockenhof is a comfortable and conveniently located hotel with wonderful staff, and we would happily recommend it.
