"This is the perfect location for Tokyo experts. The room was very neat and clean, the breakfast was delicious. Zero complaints. After checking out, I left my bags at the front desk, and when I came back to pick them up, they staff had attached a plastic bag with a t-shirt I had left behind at the room. "

"The room was a decent size, clean and it was cleaned everyday. Some toiletries (like razors) are paid for extras. There is no service to your room (for example if you need an iron, extra pillows or blankets etc you need to head down to the front desk to pick it up) which is a bit weird for a hotel."

"Very small room with access only from one side of the double bed. Very limited space for clothes or suitcases. Reception was a bit dark and dreary and sitting areas not conducive to linger, especially as there was a constant chanting and banging from miniature shrine. Breakfast a bit chaotic and finishes at 9.30 which is way too early. Ran out of Darjeeling tea and only two coffee machines is not sufficient so constant queues. No body lotion in bathroom had to go out and buy some. Even though I Informed the hotel it was our special anniversary (40) they only left a postcard saying happy anniversary, disappointing. Washing facilities not available whilst we were there and separate payment needed for swimming pool. Small bath and old fashioned shower over."

"The rooms are clean, like everything in Japan. Breakfast average, not much variety. Staff - horrible experience at front desk at check out - I scheduled online luggage transportation on the website link provided by the hotel - the guy did not believe me the company can take my bags to Kyoto - then he didn’t believe the service is same day delivery despite me showing him step by step how I did the booking and showing him the confirmation email from the company. He insisted to call the company and argued with them on the phone for 10-15 min, almost as he didn’t believe them as well. We almost missed our departure to Mt Fuji because of him!!"

"The hotel was nice but don’t do your laundry they take them out wet while you washing or drying no respect. Yes they have a code but they don’t care they just take your stuff out. We couldn’t wash until the morning of before check out and because they thought we washing all night since everyone was washing they took it ion themselves to remove our clothes "
