"An older hotel that needs updating. Had big dark cabinetry in the room. Would look better with smaller lower sized pieces. Bathroom is tiny but was clean. A/C made noise. Decent size gap in the door threshold made me worry about bugs. No site of bugs though. Breakfast was good."
"Property was conveniently located off I40 and 10 minutes from everything. It's an older property but appears well maintained. The rooms were well appointed with a coffee maker and microwave, and a click with charging ports on the nightstand.
The bathroom was good sized with a separate vanity area from the toilet/shower. There was a second vanity inbthe shower section which is nice for couples as one vanity can sometimes lack counter space for all of my wife's gadgets, potions and nicely organized cases , and my one pitiful toothbrush and razor travel case:-).
We were on a tight schedule with lots of activities planned, so we didn't get to explore the property or use many of the amenities. There is a walking path through the wooded area that looked appealing, but we were beat after all day excursions. We found the Elway water station inbthe fitness center which was nice for filling our water bottles and tea maker. We didn't use the fitness center, but bit had an assortment of stair stoppers, treadmills, exercycles and the usual gadgets. There were towels and a TV available. It was always empty when we went to fill pur waters, probably since you can get plenty of exercise exploring the area outdoors, but it's available if you need it.
There is a gas station next to the main entrance, but I didn't see any EV chargers on site. If you have an EV, I did notice plenty of chargers along the highway from Phoenix (mostly Tesla).
It's a comfortable, peaceful place to stay."
"Very clean and friendly staff. The picture of the gym is not what the gym actually looks like. It is in a very small room with minimal equipment. The buffet has a lot of options but not the best tasting food."
"Terrible service. Tried to reach out for a refund because my flight got canceled and they were unable to give me a waiver for a refund even though I provided proof of my cancelled flight from the airline. Granted I understand it was completely last minute and inconvenient for them as much as this whole experience was for me. But I had already called them prior about a flight delay that resulted in the cancellation and still no waiver for a refund. Ridiculous tbh."
"The bathroom fan felt like a tornado and if u have some go to bathroom at night u are not going to get any sleep
The noise from higher floor and neighbor rooms is terrible
The breakfast staff was very good
Worst was when u don’t get the premium room u ordered and the one staff doesn’t bother to explain the amenities to you but to other guests. Happy that Expedia stepped in but very displeased with that one staff"
"Everything was amazing the spa, the food, the connivence of shops, eatery, and a tesla charger was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Absolutely, LOVED the stay!"
