Nice and quaint family-run hotel and B&B just outside the historic city centre of Bellagio which makes it less crowded, easy and ample parking, friendly and helpful host and staff, reasonable price, great view of Lake Como from the room, lovely breakfast spread with homemade ingredients.

We - elderly couple - were fortunate to spend 5 days/nights in this beautiful hotel. Access first seemed to be difficult - only by car/taxi - but then proved to be easy. The hotel is providing small eCars for city trips free of charge or conveniently would arrange for any transport. Also, for the physically fit there is a staircase shortcut downhill that directly leads to the lakeside.
