"Overall, the stay was pretty good. The lady that checked me in was excellent with customer service. The downside is when I came down for breakfast, the staff who was preparing breakfast was very rude to myself and other guests at the hotel. As I was warming up some food items in the microwave I pulled out my food to check it with the microwave door still open, as she walked by she slammed the microwave shut while I was standing there. I noticed another guest was trying to talk to her and ask her about certain breakfast items she ignored the guy as he was standing right there in her face. When she finally answered the guy it was with a Stern tone. I had to ask her about some butter as she was putting away some food in the warmers, she ignored me until I repeated myself. She answered me as well with a Stern tone."
