8/10 Good
No boiler or hot water dispenser available. Need to always go to front desk to ask for hot water. Not fair to charge $16 daily to cover parking, pool towels, etc as some guests may not utilize the facilities.
Need to upkeep the room condition, e.g. shower sliding door metal track is slightly dislodged & may pose tripping hazard as well as water escaping out of shower area.
