"We had an absolutely amazing stay at The Resort at Governor’s Crossing! The location was perfect—close to everything yet still peaceful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. Our suite was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The water parks were a huge highlight—both were clean, fun, and perfect for all ages. What really stood out was how much the resort offered for kids. There were activities scheduled from sun up to sun down, which kept them entertained the entire time. We also visited during Easter, and the holiday activities were beyond amazing—thoughtfully planned and so much fun for the whole family. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, relaxing getaway."

"Men’s dirty Hanes underwear right below our balcony on roof of exterior restaurant/bar upon check-in at 4 pm. A great view for my 7 year old’s birthday room. Vomit in lagoon basketball hot tub pool and no one evacuated pool. Poop in wave pool, was cleaned, and only evacuated for 30 minutes. The staff is extremely friendly and they all need raises. "

"We stayed in a 3 bed room. It was actually nice. Internet worked fine. Hotel was close to downtown Pigeon Forge. It's before you get to the big King Kong statue that's on the side of that Hollywood building. Flapjacks restaurant was next door. Beds were okay. We had a back balcony which was good. Had everything we needed for the room. Hair dryer, body wash pump, shampoo and conditioner pump on the wall. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. It was clean and didn't smell. The air worked good. We had 3 tvs in each of the three rooms. One didn't have channels but that was fine. Seasonal outdoor pool. Check in was easy and fast. Front desk worker was really nice. Probably one of the better hotels we've stayed at in Tennessee. Nightly price was good. We will definitely book here again!! "
