This was a very good stay. The room was clean and appointed well. The bed was comfortable but there was an annoying noise during the night we assumed was the refrigerator. The staff at check-in was very nice and the cleaning crew the next were very accommodating. Breakfast was standard issue.

We had a lovely stay! It was so clean and nice, the lady that worked late at night was adorable and sweet when we got ice cream. And I LOVE that they offered turkey sausage at breakfast!

Have stayed at this property several times with excellent experiences. However, there was a noticeable difference in this stay. The entire back wall of the shower had been shattered and patched back together with epoxy. A very shabby repair and less than welcoming. Your beds are comfortable; however they were too high for my mother to get in and out off. When I requested a step stool from the desk you would have thought I had four heads. While checking out I needed to speak to someone in person. My elderly mother and I stood at the desk for more than 5 minutes as the attendant and another employee stood talking and laughing loudly about personal issues. Customer service went from very good to nonexistent in the six months from our previous visit. We paid higher than normal rates to visit family - no doubt in part to opening day at the local theme park. We won’t be back.
