"An old quirky building full of character but the main staircase is demanding. Our room was comfortable and in keeping with the building. Staff were generally helpful and friendly especially Caroline who got each day off to a great start with her helpful advice about the local attractions. Food was good quality with a variety of choices. All in all a very pleasant stay."

Comfy bed, good quality furnishings and great location within the village Only thing I was say is we used the washing machine and then couldn’t find a clothes dryer …. "This is a nice property that's had love and care poured into restoring it. The property is however over-marketed (and over-priced) in our opinion. Expedia market as a 'cottage' and the pin shows a central Woolacombe location. Its actually in a holiday/residential park above Woolacombe. The park its in has a run down feel to it and the first impression was of deep disappointment. Once you've moved in then its a lovely property on the inside. The garden is communal - there is no division...
