"Fabulous from start to finish! Welcome drink on arrival, early access to our room which was in the cottage, we ate in the restaurant, the food was very good, staff very attentive and lovely wines. Swimming pool was great and the sauna. Great location and will definitely stay again."

"Excellent hotel, with a beautiful Spa/Welness facility. We had a room on the south side of the building, apparently without airco. That was not that convenient, however both windows could be opened full! We had 2 nights with dinner in buffet style, that is certainly not something we will take again, the first evening the service was ok, but the second evening, the plates of the first dish where still on the table and it was difficult to order a drink. The food was ok, but certainly not value for...

loved our stay at Romantic Hotel! We stayed in two deluxe rooms and they were beautiful and spacious. The hotel provided an arrival gift -- fresh fruit, chocolates, and water. There was a little noise from the street in the evening but it quieted at bedtime. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to fix an issue with a missing key. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Trier. "

"This property was like stepping back in time…a very quaint well kept hotel. We were traveling by bikes and they had bike storage on property which was great - they also offered early check in! The breakfast was phenomenal and all restaurants in the area were great! We would definitely stay again!"
