Pros: Hotel is two blocks from Earls court tube stop in a quiet street across from park. Staff was very helpful. Lunch and drinks at the bar/restaurant were delicious. Cons: my bathroom got flooded while taking a shower, but I was switched to another room per my request. Not the best experience after 9 hr flight from US. Hallways and elevator are narrow, unable to open window and TV won’t work unless you scan a QR code. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel, great location and perfect for solo travelers. Starbucks and Kensington palace/Hyde park are nearby.

We recently spent 6 nights here. The check in process was smooth and the room was just as described. There was plenty of space for 3 adults. We enjoyed the air conditioning, the kitchenette, and close location to the tube. We would definitely stay here again.

This is my favorite apartment for a stay in London.(I am there twice a year.) The concierge is always at the front desk to greet me and make me feel so welcome. The apartment is spotless with maid service throughout the week. Towels are big and bright white. The location is excellent - a three minute walk to the tube and 2 large grocery stores near by. Every thing is in perfect working condition. If there is ever a problem - it will be fixed immediately. Never an issue with their fast wifi. They are always happy to store luggage before or after checking in or out. It is my london home and so comforting to know it is there for me.

Great value for money overall - i.e. good location - handy for Hyde Park and less than 10 minutes walk from nearest tube stations and Paddington GWR mainline station. Bed OK, but not the most comfortable - could do with replacing.
Wifi OK, TV and coffee machine in our room. No noise at night. Staff really helpful.
The hotel also has an arrangement with a couple of local cafes for breakfast. We used The Lancaster Deli bar, and really enjoyed the Full English breakfast, along with the great service, and interesting Elvis-themed decor & ambience.
I'm sure we'll use this hotel again for another London trip in the future.
