Easy walking distance from Kensington High Street and to the Royal Albert Hall.
Friendly staff and lovely breakfast; would loved to have tried the Chinese Restaurant but had already booked a meal.

A small broken (span but didnt move side to side)fan provided that pushed the warm air around and the next morning fans had been put in the corridor. ..."
