The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.

The whole hotel is in old and not really looked after. The room was tiny and the bed not comfortable at all. An expensive room for not a very pleasant experience

This is a cozy, small hotel with incredibly friendly, welcoming staff. The location is excellent, close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station, with lots of sightseeing within walking distance.
The room was clean and comfortable, with a good hot shower and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty and a nice way to start the day. Overall, I had a great stay and would be very happy to book this hotel again.
