"とても楽しみにしていたんですが、玄関、外の扉、部屋の中にまで大量のゴキブリがいてとても残念でした。 駐車場に停めていた車もドアを開けれないほどのゴキブリがくっついていました。 ドアを開けて乗り込もうとするとゴキブリが車内に流れ込みました。 運転している時も車内にゴキブリがいると思うととても怖かったです。 レンタカーを返す時までずっとゴキブリと一緒に過ごしました。 給油口には3匹いました。 自然なものなので仕方ないことだとは思いますが、何科対策が必要だと思います。ハエよけのスプレーが2本置いてあったのですがゴキジェットを置いておいたほうがいいです。 夜は日中よりもゴキブリが増えて扉を覆い隠すほどのゴキブリが沸いていました。 玄関の灯りは消えるようにするか消しておかないと夜部屋に戻ることはできなくなります。 家具やプールはとても綺麗でした。 特別な日だったので悲しい気持ちになりました。"

"2泊家族4名で利用しました。 とても綺麗に清掃されていて快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 プールで水遊びする子供をエアコンの効いたリビングから見守ることが出来て最高でした。 ベッドはとても大きくて寝心地良かったです。 1階から3階までは螺旋階段での移動です。 足腰の弱い方は注意が必要です。 食器や調理器具が揃ってます。 ホットプレートや炊飯器もありました。 アメニティも不自由しない程度に揃っています。 ルームウェアは有りませんので持参してください。 洗濯機＆乾燥機があります。 洗剤は宿泊日数分あります。 柔軟剤などは持参してください。 Wi-Fi環境についてですが、なぜかほぼ1階部分でしか使えませんでした（1階は寝室）。 滞在中にお仕事をされる方は事前に確認した方が良いかと、、、 最後に、玄関のオートロックについてですが、玄関に記載されている説明書では解錠出来ず、電話にて操作方法を教えていただきました。 唯一の改善希望点はこの一点のみです。 あとは大満足の素敵な宿泊施設でした！！ 大変お世話になりました。"
