Was really hoping to enjoy this place as we had paid a fair amount for it however that was not the case. On the surface it looks nice but the whole apartment smelt of damp and mould, upon further inspection the shower ceiling was covered in black mold and found it hard to breathe properly even with the air conditioning on. The floor boards near the living area are not stable either, they were covered in a thin vinyl and could easily go through them if you tried. Instructions to find the place are confusing, nowhere could we see a gravel area with flags, the nearest area was a paid manned carpark which was not the location. Directions could benefit from giving an exact maps link to the place you can park your car. It is a nice location but for the price I am very disappointed by what I received.

property was nice however zero information was given for how to check in or directions for where to park. the hotel’s phone operator also spoke no english and was completely unhelpful. for anyone looking on google maps, the location name is ADAN RESORT TIDA Resort Villa (アダンリゾート 太陽～ティダ～ ). if you want a fuss-free check in procedure, avoid this place. otherwise, it was a relatively nice stay but it is still difficult to recommend.

大きな問題が発生しました。　 まず駐車スペースありというの間違いです。 　 グーグルマップでたまたま見つけたアダンリゾートの駐車場の文字。 それを見つけていなかったら駐車場確保できず大きな問題になっていました。 太陽の隣に駐車スペースらしき空間がありましたが、明らかに軽車両以外そのスペースにたどり着きません。 その後、23時ころ、太陽の隣の縁の宿泊者が縁の敷地内に他の黒い軽車両が停まっており、あたふたしていたのを察知し、太陽側のスペースが私達の車が使えず、縁の方に使える旨、伝達。 この時間に起きていなかったら縁の方に大問題が発生していました。 次にエクスべティアのメッセージではチェックアウトが10時と11時が存在し、混乱している。 さらに同じく致命的なのは建屋内がかび臭い匂いが充満しており、ドライにしたら良くなりましたが、そもそもカビ防止にプラズマクラスターネクストなど強力なカビ対策をしないとリピートはない。　 より致命的なのは、入り口前のウッドデッキが腐っており、複数個所が沈み込み、間もなく穴が空き、けが人が出る。そこはカビがすごいし、ヌメリもすごいので、転倒しないようにしっかり磨いてメンテナンスしてほしい。 良いところは、アメニティや調理器具、カトラリー、ベット数や部屋サイズの充実。

急なトラブルにもすぐに対応してくださって良かったです。一点だけ、室内にヤスデが2匹いて、虫が苦手な娘が悲鳴を上げていたので４点とさせていただきました。

とってもよいお部屋でした！ 広々と使えて、洗濯もでき、 海もフクギ並木もすぐそこで 大満喫できました。 自然の中なので虫はでます！ あと駐車場がわかりにくかったです。 でも、沖縄らしい屋根のつくりの外装に わくわくしました。
