"Very clean room, staff are friendly food is good (a bit pricey as is the beer) but ok I stayed on a Monday and last order for food was 7 30 and the bar shut at 9 30 but you can take a drink to your room the hotel has a interesting history and a train carriage at the side of it for functions "

"A lovely place to stay within a 10 minute walk to central Bournemouth with shops and the beach. Brilliant that the facilities are available to use all day everyday including the pool and gym. Very helpful staff."

"2 very minor issues These will not stop me recommending your hotel 3 person room. Only 2 glasses. Tissue box in shower room was empty except for 2 tissues. Thank you for allowing us into the room early. Life saver as we drove from Gloucestershire to attend a wedding the same day. So we were able to freshen up and get changed. "Clean, comfy bed, and great shower. But be aware that the central location to the square = a lot of noise. Disturbances include a constant ticking type sound in the room, noisy bar patrons in the evening, and the constant ringing of church bells on the 1/2 hour. Appreciated the provided ear plugs. "

"Great location for a trip to Bournemouth, moments away from the beach, it must be one of the closest hotels to the beach area. Room was clean and just what we needed. It was great that our children had beds each rather than having to share a sofa bed. The hotel had a nice lobby bar area, we didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that. We made use of the pool which was lovely to have for our stay "

"We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms on the 5th floor, very nice, lots of plugs and charger points and lovely walk in shower with non slip tray and non slip flooring in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed, it’s a regular hotel of ours we stay in, will definitely be back! "

"Hotel and staff are lovely very helpful breakfast a good selection . But one big problem is parking for the disabled drivers to the front of the hotel is the spaces are not wide enough so other cars park really close causing difficultly getting into back into your car ."
