"We travelled early July. The overall presentation of the hotel-from the room to gardens, lobby area, bar/restaurant was very good. Cleanliness was good. Pool area lovely.

) Our son was too old for the kids club- but we did notice the kids doing activities and appeared well supervised. We had a hire car- it was easy then to get to Alhambra, Nerja and explore the area."

"The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, the pools are icy cold and unusable by kids and adults. The

deal does not include drinks at lunchtime or dinner. Not even water or soft drinks.

includes juices and water. The WiFi internet is abysmal, with a lot of drop-offs. Rooms are meant to be non-smoking, but visitors do smoke on a balcony, so the balcony door needs to be shut to avoid smoke...

and bedroom facilities but well maintained. Location is a beautiful view and easy access to beaches and about a 15minute Mediterranean walk to

. Two issues need addressing: 1) poor wifi that is throttled and denies streaming 2) gym was mediocre and did not have any ventilation…but I was happy to have it! "
