"5th time in three years we have stayed here while my daughter was in law school. Loved everything every time. In moving her back home this trip we drove into the entrance with 5 LARGE suitcases. No luggage carriers were in the lobby. When I asked forward a de help finding one or getting someone to help the 2 of us with them, I was basically told sorry you are out of luck. We got them out of the car, into the lobby, not easy, so I decided to ask another clerk. She was a sweet girl and helped us...

"We have been to a few great wolf lodges, all pretty similar. The water park and games are always fun and worth the stay. However, this time I paid the extra for late checkout and had staff come into our room 3 separate times to see if we were out yet when we still had hours before check out, they should have refunded me the extra money for having staff walk in on us showering and getting ready when we clearly had paid for extra time. "
