"We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. "I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap"

"Hotel is beautifully presented and clean. Every detail has been carefully thought through. Staff were always smiling and helpful. Stayed in a premium king/twin room and it was huge with firm but comfortable beds. Bathroom was fantastic with little extras like the salt scrub in the shower. We had a spa package with body scrub, massage and facials which was enjoyable. Spa is well presented and spa manager was very attentive and eager to ensure our visit was as relaxing as possible. Breakfast was in the restaurant at the sister hotel across the road. Decent variety of foods and they were able to accommodate a food allergy with ease. Location was perfect for us, as it was a short 4-5 min walk to Pub Street in one direction and the same to the Night Market along the river in the other direction. Plenty of places to eat and tuk tuks are easy to find although the hotel can also arrange those. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. "
