"Spotless room, nice late checkout (noon) and super helpful staff. Also, the proximity to Harvard Kennedy School was a big plus in the fierce winter weather. Polite and helpful doormen and easy access to taxis for the (nearby) airport. Couldn't wish for more."

"My stay was great. Nice and quiet. Comfortable room with cozy decor. The staff was excellent and very responsive to my needs. The location is great with lots of foods choices in walking distance. Also, accessible to the buses and train. There is on-site complimentary guest laundry (self service) that I used after my travel plans changed that made things a lot easier."
