"The hotel was in excellent location, it was in the middle of a beautiful area with lots of restaurants and shops and a grocery store. The pool and hot tub were accessible even though 10:00 is a little early. The snack shop and the staff were extremely Pleasant very nice. We had a small issue with you air conditioning not really going down to the temperature we were hoping for but it's suitable for most people. The maintenance department did try to fix it but we're unsuccessful"

"The staff is warm and friendly. The only complaint was being so close to the pool but the women who checked us in did ask if that was OK and I didn’t speak up, so that’s on me. There was an issue with the toilet flushing and the rooms were a bit outdated, but overall a clean, safe hotel "

"The service was outstanding from the minute I walked in I was greeted with a hello, welcome & a smile . The rooms were 10/10. I felt very safe. I will be back for sure. Thank you . "

"Where do I start? Dental floss pic on bathroom counter. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Kitchen sink a total mess. Crumbs all over stovetop. Bread tie and fortune cookie fortune on random shelves. Photos show fireplace in room but there wasn’t one - and that was least of issues. Overhead light in bathroom strobing off and on. There’s more, but that gives you the idea."

"Room looks clean, but there're crumbs/dirt under the couch and under the night stand. Staff are not always available in the front desk, can't call them either. Kitchen is clean, you have to ask front desk if you need items like pots and pans, and extra bathroom tissues Air conditioning was making loud sounds Water in the bathtub going down slow. Some staff I met were nice people, and very helpful."
