"We arrived after sunset, and it was difficult to find our cabin, because there was no clear path to the cabins and there weren't lights illuminating the individual cabin numbers. The next day, we woke up to beautiful views, however. The bedding was cozy and the cabin was spacious. Lastly, we'd suggest creating Tesla charging stations onsite, as we had to take a side trip to get a charge before we arrived, which was disappointing and made the trip there longer than needed."

"SpringHill was a very poor experience for us. We traveled all day and then got to the hotel around 6pm and we told at check-in that due to unforeseen circumstances we no longer had a room. I had reserved the room a month in advance, but when we arrived we were told that they had overbooked and they no longer had a room reserved for us. I told them I had reserved a room a month in advance and had a confirmation, but was told they often overbook. The only good thing was that the hotel contacted another hotel to get us a room at the Hampton. We were thankful for that as we were exhausted from our travels. Very disappointed that we planned our stay in advance and was told it was commonplace for SpringHill suites to overbook and not honor reservations."
