"Place is very dirty. Rooms are small and very noisy. Blinds don’t block out outside lighting. A/C unit is poor. My daughter saw a large black bug in the bathroom during the night causing her to scream waking us up ( she’s 7). Bug scurried under door. We checked out next day even though we had 3 days booked. Staff told us we would be refunded for final 2 nights. We never received the refund. Pictures are deceiving. Use caution.."

"Hotel is beautiful & the pool area is very nice. We liked the bar area by the pool, everything is expensive but it’s in a convenient location. Hotel staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable!! "

"Beautiful, clean, and tidy; the staff were very friendly and competent. The rooms and the pool were superb. The only drawback—which they really ought to address—is the need for more staff at the entrance during check-in; there was only one person on duty, and I believe that having two people at the counter would help expedite the check-in and check-out processes. Thanks!!!"
