We stayed at one of the Universal hotels, and it was really nice. At first, the hotel felt huge, but we quickly loved it. The swimming pool is amazing, there are several nice restaurants, and the water taxi is super practical and a really fun way to get around. Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Overall, a great hotel and a very enjoyable stay!

We checked in for one night and we couldn't fault anything about the Portofino, the room was fabulous with everything we needed. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing, so helpful at checkin explaining everything and even gave us a late checkout for the following day so that we could make use of the pool for a little longer. We will definitely be returning.
