"My experience at the DoubleTree was not good. I checked in with Candice; her customer service on 2/25 was awesome. I had to check out and check back in on 2/26 due to error dates, which was not the hotel's fault.During the checkout/check-in process, I was told I needed to pay an additional $150. I asked the lady (didn't get her name) for what?she stated it was for a room deposit, she explained to me that there is a deposit collected each night you stay at the hotel. I was not happy with the company I work for and said, "Wow, I wasn't aware of this, this is my first and last time staying here."I paid the deposit. The clerk then asked if I wanted room service, jokingly I said well do I have to pay for that as well? Off to work I go. I returned to the hotel later that evening to discover housekeeping had taken the shower curtain, left the dresser drawers pulled out, and threw the garbage bag on top of the garbage. I go to the front desk for help informing me that I have no shower curtain to shower, was told she'll contact housekeeping and the supervisor. I waited for housekeeping to come so I can shower before my next meeting, needless to say I had to leave without showering due to the time. I stop by the front desk again and asked about the shower curtain. When I get back from my meeting, I find the shower curtain in a plastic bag attached to the front door.
