Had a wonderful time at Fuji View Hotel. The spread of breakfast buffet is wide and is of high quality. Last but not least , the view of Mount Fuji at different point of time from the room.

Very big villa room with beautiful Mt Fuji views from living room & bedroom. A huge luggage & closet room separated from bedrooms.
Staff were all very nice & friendly & there’s an english speaking Lady staff, who recommended us to join the Summer Festival with beautiful fireworks near hotel. She helped us with a lot of our enquiries & assisted us with a nice house tour & introduction of nearby areas. Kudos to this lady staff 🤗

This was our second stay at Hotel Nikko Tachikawa Tokyo, and once again it was a wonderful experience. We enjoy the charm of Tachikawa — a smaller town with a relaxing atmosphere — which is why we chose to stay here instead of Shibuya or Shinjuku.
The hotel offers excellent value with reasonable prices, spacious rooms (especially by Tokyo standards), and warm, welcoming service that makes us feel at home every time. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and...

We had a wonderful 5-night stay here.
The hotel and surroundings are exceptionally beautiful and well designed. The view from the room and balcony towards the park is spectacular.
I cannot say enough good things about each and every one of the service staff, especially the front desk manager/asst director, who went out of his way to help us with advice and restaurants reservations etc. And just about everything we ate at Tachikawa was delicious.
Thank you for the happy memories, Sorano...

The hotel staff who attended to us is kind and speaks good English, this is much appreciated as we encountered challenges when communicating with some locals. There's a mini store offering snacks and souvenirs at the lobby, which was convenient for us to buy something to eat at this quiet area. The room is very spacious with a side view of the Mount Fuji, breakfast is fine, checkout process was smooth. Overall it's a great hotel for staying in this area.

The room was simple but modern, and really clean. Though we only stayed a night, it was a really comfortable stay.
Location is great too. Walking distance to mall, 24hours food places, convenience stores.
