"All of the staff we spoke with were so patient and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were tasty. It was easy to get to the chairlifts, just go up 3 escalators. The hot tub/steam room/sauna were wonderful after a day on the slopes. We will definitely stay here again!"

"We are so pleased we chose Osprey. It was everything we imagined & more. The front of house staff, Jess, Trent & team. Concierge, Spencer & team, Sam & Co in the ski room, breakfast, bar & restaurant staff, also housekeeping staff were all super warm, friendly, efficient & attentive, amazing job all round. We chose the two bed condo which was just perfect, everything you could possibly need. The cleanliness & attention to detail throughout was first class. We will highly recommend & hopefully return. "There is construction at both the front and back entrances (which is going amazingly quickly!) and the communication about where to park, how to enter the building, etc. was very helpful. The location gives very quick access to the main part of the village. We had a double bed room and it was very small and getting a bit tired in terms of decor and maintenance (the closet door fell off every time we opened it). There was no desk at all and no chair in the room, which isn't ideal for business people. There was a door to the adjoining room which was not much of a sound barrier - we could hear people talking at a normal volume. If we were to stay there again, we might choose a full suite so there is room for two people and two suitcases. "
