I was told I had a late check out for free, the next day I was told by the staff that the rep that told me this was a new agent and did not know their policies. I was told I could pay for a late check out as they did not have any courtesy free late check out. Not even 1 hour! That’s all I needed 1 hour.

Realice mi reservación, llegué al hotel y nunca apareció mi reservación en el sistema del hotel. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me indicaron que todo estaba bien, pero el hotel nunca me dio solución. Espere al rededor de 1 hora y media mi grupo y yo. Por más que les dije que tenía factura de pago, reservación y confirmación no fue posible que me dejaran ingresar a descansar.

The room is clean

Our stay at Crockfords Hotel in Las Vegas was amazing from beginning to end\. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived until the time we departed\. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and always kept exceptionally clean\. The bed was made each day, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job throughout our stay\. They were helpful, attentive, and truly made us feel well taken care of\. The excellent service and attention to detail made our experience very special\. We would definitely stay at Crockfords again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming hotel experience in Las Vegas\.

I noticed that this property has been upgraded. I love the upgrades to the restaurant. Charter 75 Modern Kitchen is a nice addition. I miss the Subway. I traveled with my family which included two adult children and a 6 year old. Frankly, this casino looks nicer but is missing amenities. Other properties like the Orleans have a cinema, bowling alley, Chocolate factory, and lots of food court options ( open until 12:30-1:00pm) I think both properties are owned by the same company, so it was nice to compare them. Gold Coast has been our go to for the past 7-8 years, but this time we split our time with the Orleans and we were pleasantly surprised. Also, love the good entry point that the blackjack tables at the Gold Coast. The front desk and valet not as helpful at the Gold Coast. I asked the front desk about getting a taxi and the female said, “I don’t know ask the valet.” Not very helpful, they all should be able to answer a simple question and be polite about it. One thing I am noticing is that the idea of “hospitality” is quickly being erased from hotels. At check in there is no explanation about amenities, just here is your room key, get out of here kinda attitude. Please retrain employees to make people feel welcomed. Also, extend hour to the pool until 8pm. Kids need something to do while that Dads are gambling. Also, air conditioning was very good. Overall, 7 out of 10 for a budget Vegas experience. Thank you.
