Comfy - fairly quiet - great staff - nice sized fridge/microwave. It is small town Iowa so not allot of late night dining options so plan ahead!

Easy check-in. Lack of elevator made it a bit of a challenge to get our bikes up the stairs to our rooms. Excellent selection of breakfast items. Staff was very friendly, informative and accommodating.

The room and hotel were nice. I always wish for a hot tub but this has pool only. The best part of this hotel was the breakfast! Hot food, waffle maker, etc. My family loves to wake up and have a provided breakfast that I don't have to cook. Win for all.

The bathroom is tiny and the water pressure in the shower was very low. Otherwise it was pretty nice.

To say first: the staff here was incredible and treated each guest beautifully! We appreciated them very much! But.... The hotel itself was not well lit, not the nicest furnishings, no elevator for all our luggage, etc. it was fine to quick sleep in for the night, but we wouldn't seek it out in the future.

There was so much snow and ice around the entrances you could hardly get in the doors. It hasn't snowed for 2 weeks. Someone could easily fall. Tge handicapped parking spaces were not plowed out.

Handicap room had a tub you had to step up into so my mother in law was unable to use it. There was also very little room for her wheelchair around the bed/furniture. The heater cover also kept falling off

Great place to stop when on the road!
We found AmericInn while searching for a place to sleep on our way north. Reviews were good as was parking with a trailer in tow. There were restaurants nearby, too! We found the hotel perfect for our purpose. It was clean and neat, quite comfortable, very quiet, breakfast was adequate to get our day started, staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
