"The main reason that we booked this hotel was because of the complementary airport shuttle service. We made it to the airport but it was like Mr. Toad's Wild Ride at Disney. And then the driver held out his hand expecting a tip, which we certainly extected to give, but holding out your hand is just rude. The lady who checked us in and out was very friendly and welcoming."
