Mount Prospect Hotels from S$55

"Very old and dated. Not even a Smart TV. Dined in the in-house restaurant only to be told that we had to vacate the table in an hour. We were intending to spend the evening there. Would not return and would not recommend. Also, it's very deceiving have 2 Hotels called the Distinction in a small place like Te Anau. "

"Short walking distance to shops and amenities. Easy to park. Fairly spacious room with all the basic utensils you need. Comfy bed and sofa. Ample towels and flannels. Friendly check in staff. Only downside was the wet room style shower. Just not our preference having a permanently wet bathroom floor, even with the fan on constantly."

"Beautiful place to stay. The accommodation was modern and very clean. The gardens were lovely and immaculate and the added bonus was that we could see the lake, perfect. We didn’t want to leave after two nights. I would highly recommend this motel. "

"The complex was in very poor condition with the grounds and out door aminities in dire need of TLC. The room had no kitcken one pot and no utensils. There was a shared outsude room kitchen facility use at your own risk. The wifi didnt work so the tv and internet were unavailsble. Apparently hadnt worked for 3 years. Same with the attached bar and resturant. Which left dining options limited. "
