"The room smelled a little funky. It probably was a smoking room back in the day. The AC didn't work great. It was unseasonably warm, so that might have had something to do with it. The coffee maker was gross. There was a coffee pod in the water reservoir - no clue how long it was in there. Like a typical embassy suites, the room was large. The happy hour was nice for being free. Didn't do the breakfast - it was insanely packed so didn't want to fight the lines. Overall, it was fine, just not great"

"The staff were all phenomenal- friendly and professional. In addition, all of the equipment in the fitness center was in exceptional condition. Breakfast was delish and we appreciated the walkable location. We will be booking here again on our next trip to Chicago!"

"My neck and my back are killing me and the staff forgot to give me my breakfast vouchers until my 3rd day. Then they refused to compensate me instead told me to go to complain to "Expedia". Cool. Great service. The lobby restaurant is decent. The staff there was cool. Sit at the bar and have a handshake. "
