We come to the area to visit with family and have stayed at this hotel each time. It is centrally located for us and provides a lobby where we can visit with local family members. It would be more convenient if there were provisions for breakfast because there are very few locations offering breakfast in the area.

It was self check-in so no staff was around. Because of this there was no one to monitor activity and there were guests in the lobby area and hallways until 2AM. The internet TV went out so couldn't use that to block any noise. There was a number to text issues to. I text twice and no one contacted me.

The rooms were ok. I really did not like how there was no staff at all. If you had any questions or concerns you had to call a number at a call center and they would relay your issues to the property. We got locked out of our room and if the nice housekeeper was not there, who knows how long it would have taken to get in contact with someone to help us. Also, for the price of thses rooms, some sort of continental breakfast would have been nice. This is a rural area with no options for coffee or breakfast nearby. Honestly, i would not stay here again and we actually left a night early to come home because the beds were not very comfy either.

This hotel was beautiful, clean with an awesome staff. We had an emergency at home and had to cut our trip short and they were so understanding and refunded the night without even being asked, now that is customer service.

Been here many times and this place has really gone down. No personal service upon arrival , no pool which is advertised on the website vending machines not available area in the Back with rusted chairs and no access to the building with keycard. This is a well kept hotel. Easy, quick check in, 2 minutes tops. Pleasant people and helpful. Fresh coffee all the time. Our room was clean, no issues. Plenty of hot water which is great after skiing. Oh-and the pool! Pretty nice temp to relax those muscles. And you can walk to a very, very good restaurant. Perfect stay for us again.

The hotel suited our purposes for a ski trip. I wish there was a hot tub on the premises. The only complaint I have is the walls are thin. We were woken up at 10:30 by kids running, yelling in the halls. That is no fault of the hotel, just the parents.
