"Upon arrival, it was very crowded, but what helps is they have multiple self kiosks available for guests to check in. When we ran across a hiccup checking in, we asked staff and staff was very eager to help very friendly. Very pleasant attitudes. Our hotel was clean we asked for double rooms and were accommodated immediately. We were staying with children and an elderly and all of them had a great time as well. Whenever I’m traveling to Las Vegas with children, I will be sure to book with circus circus because they are kid friendly. Also for anyone looking to book here, I’d suggest saving an extra $60 per day per child to play at the arcade. It sounds pricey, but the money at the arcade goes really fast and if the child has nothing to do outside of swimming at the pool and you want to give them something to do then $60 per child per day should suffice and yes that does include the cost of food at the hotel."

The Palazzo at The Venetian

"Loved my stay at the Palazzo. King Room with strip view. Very clean and roomy. Loved the area on the strip...not to busy and close to everything. Great food options also. Housekeeping did a great job and the room was nice and cool. Loved the curtains were automated with a push of button; nice TVs in all the rooms....love the small table and chairs to eat at as needed/ Would have love a refrig in the room. The one in there has all the expensive items you have to purchase and cant touch without getting charged. Nice linen and towels...we arrived on a day the computer was down and had to wait to check in....I know computers have issues but it made the start of the trip a little aggravating...stored our luggage and had to wait in the room to get it after we called...it took over an hour and we needed to get dressed due to a dinner reservtion and concert that night...we could not leave the room until it came...they could not leave it unless you were in room....overall great stay with a view glitches but very nice and clean."
