"The pool music was too loud and obnoxious. Couldn’t get wifi on the phone, even after calling support. Phone in room did not work; called from cell to inform guest services but she didn’t care to look into it for us. The housekeeping staff was very nice. LOVED the flamingo & other wildlife exhibits!!
