Top Mouroux Hotel Reviews
Explorers Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The only BAD thing about this hotel was that it was TOO MUCH FUN and my children wanted to stay and swim and play all day instead of going to Disney. 1000000% will recommend this hotel to everyone I tell about our Paris trip."
Grand Magic Hotel Marne La Vallée
10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay at the Grand Magic Hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly overall. However, the biggest downside was the hotel shuttle service. The shuttles were far too crowded, and the frequency of service needs to be improved. Unfortunately, we also had a very upsetting experience with one of the shuttle drivers, who was extremely unfriendly and handled a situation involving my teenage niece in a completely inappropriate way. She was visiting from South America and does not speak the local language. The driver repeatedly yelled at her, demanding to know where she was staying. She froze, understandably frightened and confused, and was unable to respond. Instead of showing patience or trying to help her, he physically pulled her off the bus. I even heard other passengers speaking up and telling him that she was just a child. The bus was crowded, and I initially couldn’t see what was happening. When I realized it was my niece, I immediately approached the driver, showed him our room key to confirm that we were hotel guests, and was able to get her back on the bus. While we enjoyed the hotel itself, this experience left us very disappointed. I sincerely hope management addresses both the overcrowded shuttle service and the behavior of this driver to ensure that other guests, especially families with children, are treated appropriately."

Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe
8/10 Good
"Une tres bel hotel spacieuse a 14 min de marche des portes de Disney et l'hotel a un service (avec horaire) de navette gratuite aux parcs. Les chambres sont grandes et il y a une spacieuse piscine lors de la saison estivale"
Relais Spa Val d'Europe
10/10 Excellent
"The staffs who welcomed us were super friendly and also gave several gifts from checking in. Also, the shuttle to Disney land and return was much convinent as well."
Aparthotel Adagio Val d'Europe près de Disneyland Paris
8/10 Good
"It is Apartment hotel so cleaning services will only be once a week. Near disney abd there is free shuttle provided but it gets so busy in the morning. We booked a room for 3 people , 2 adults and 1 kid. They gave us a room with small bunk beds and one sofa bed. It was not comfortable so we changed to 2 bedrooms one and it was really better. Not very much clean outside rooms, the halls or when you open the windows you will see spider's webs everywhere on the corners of walls. Pool was not heated it was cold. Location is really good for disney visitors."
Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was amazing, when we got there we checked in very fast so we can make the magic pass to Disneyland"
Disney Newport Bay Club
8/10 Good
"Beautiful Hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Wish there was quick and grab food options in the hotel. Our room was 315 steps from the elevator. We didn't want to leave the room unless necessary. I would have requested a closer room to the lobby."
