"Nos sentimos completamente indignados, impotentes y decepcionados con este hotel. Nos ROBARON dentro de la propiedad, en el lobby del hotel, mientras estábamos sentados en familia con nuestros niños, y absolutamente NADIE hizo nada. Un hombre desconocido entró tranquilamente al hotel, se sentó en el lobby como si nada y aprovechó para robarnos nuestras pertenencias. Lo más alarmante y aterrador no fue solo el robo, sino la indiferencia total del personal del lobby y de seguridad. Nadie reaccionó, nadie cuestionó quién era esa persona, nadie intentó ayudarnos de inmediato. Simplemente dejaron que ocurria frente a todos. Lo más absurdo es que el hotel tiene letreros visibles con reglas como “NO GORRAS”, pero aun así esta persona entró usando gorra y caminó libremente por la propiedad sin ningún tipo de control. Entonces, ¿las reglas son solo decoración? ¿Dónde estaba la seguridad? ¿Dónde estaba el personal entrenado para proteger a los huéspedes? Después del robo solicitamos los videos de las cámaras de seguridad para identificar al responsable y el Sr. Damián, quien fue la persona que nos atendía en el lobby, únicamente nos envió una foto borrosa donde ni siquiera se aprecia claramente la cara del sujeto. Peor aún, inmediatamente después nos bloqueó de WhatsApp, una actitud completamente sospechosa y poco profesional. La forma en que manejaron todo esto deja muchísimo que pensar y genera serias dudas sobre la posible complicidad del personal del hotel."

"The location and staff were excellent, and the breakfast was very good. However, the rooms looked much better in the photos than in reality — they felt quite worn out and in need of updating. Our group booked two rooms, and housekeeping unexpectedly added mini bar charges to both bills. The front desk removed the charges once we pointed them out, but since the same thing also happened at the Iguazu property, it did not feel like an isolated mistake. It left a disappointing impression and is something guests should pay close attention to when reviewing their final bill. Overall, while the hotel has some strong points, the overall experience was not good enough for me to return."

"The breakfast experience was exceptional, in terms of quality and plated service. We had fresh juice, fresh yogurt parfaits and a variety of pastries and breads. This was just the beginning; as we were then order our main entree from the menu, giving us a choice of an English-style breakfast, or one with smoked salmon to accompany eggs cooked to order. Marvelous!"
