Great stay as usual, only reasons for not giving this a 5 star is the free fizzy water was absent and the carpet in the hallways is a nightmare for trolly bags. Staff coped really well with a massive influx of Ryanair passengers but I had to push my way through (politely) as already had a booking. ...
