"For the price, the service and facility is not matched with what you can get in the bigger cities.
But given the limited options in the area, I would say its ok-ish. Cleanliness can maybe improved.

"Minutes after checking in and putting our stuff down, a big rat was discovered under the bed. I opened the door and called a couple of housekeepers to sweep up rat droppings and locate to remove the big rat out of our room. After a few minutes, the rat came running out the room and the staff had a big laugh. We were too tired to ask for another room and none was offered anyway, so we stayed on the same one for the rest of our stay. The staff were amazing but the property was outdated and requires maintenance. Never again!"
"Traveled with seniors and this property was not “senior friendly”. Mold in rooms including bathroom which were in need of updates. Staff was trying to be helpful but they had limited resources.
