"As always, my stay was fantastic! The staff at this hotel are tops, imo. Keep in mind, fellow travelers, this is a fully restored historic hotel and the water in the showers and/or sinks may at times run very hot or very cold but it certainly doesn’t detract from the charm. Take staff advice for dining and activity suggestions. Try doing something or going somewhere new. Enjoy your stay, enjoy the town - both are delightful!"

"Enjoyed the hot tub the most. Room was small but expected in a historic building. Room was clean and modern. Loved the shower head…so much we bought one on-line. Loved all the local shops within walking distance of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Not disappointed. "

"Our room facing the woods with private hot tub was wonderful. It was quiet, spacious, clean and beautiful. The hotel was clean and had new furnishings that gave it a more modern appearance. Some of the hotel felt dated but over all it was a nice hotel. The restaurant had a limited menu and full bar. We ate there twice over our long weekend and the food was delicious and the service staff were friendly. We will stay here again for sure. "
