"The pool and gardens were immaculate and my family room was very clean and comfortable. On arrival the key would not open the door lock. It took 40 slow minutes to have it repaired and then he asked for a tip !! I wish there was a power point near the bed so I could have my phone charging while in use. The pool towels all need replacing and the sun lounges were covered in bird poop. The Sunset tour was fantastic. I felt that we were not given enough time on the full day Soussvlei tour to climb Big Daddy and then walk amongst the trees in Deadvlei. Just walking around the trees was rushed because they were in a hurry to leave for their picnic area. The tour guides were excellent."

"About an hour from deadvlei this is a good choice of place to stay. The tents are a good size and contain everything you need. There are a few walks round the property to keep you active and there are 2 small pools. The staff were great, very friendly and professional."
