"It was a great experience. I found one of the best hotels in Pondicherry. The hotel has a large, clean swimming pool, which was very well maintained. Although the property is old, but the interiors and overall cleanliness are impressive and exceptionally well kept. The hotel staff are polite, humble, and can communicate in Tamil, Hindi, and English, making the stay comfortable for all guests. The property also offers ample parking space and dedicated rooms for drivers, which is a thoughtful and convenient addition."

"The room was clean, spacious, and odorless. However, upon entering, it was noticeable that there seemed to be some confusion among the staff regarding how guests should be welcomed. The suite was very spacious, as was the restroom. However, the flush was extremely hard to press and required considerable force to operate. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work at all throughout our entire stay. In addition, the suite did not have an iron or ironing board, which was inconvenient. Overall, while the room itself was clean and spacious, the lack of Wi-Fi and basic amenities, along with the issues mentioned above, affected our overall experience."

"The hotel itself is decently maintained mostly.. We were greeted with a welcome drink during check in, that was nice! The room was spacious. Housekeeping was mostly on point. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of variety. The pool area was a bit underwhelming though. The reception staff was very cordial and helpful throughout the stay! Some minor things that could be improved - 1. There was only 1 towel and 1 glass of water when we checked in. Considering that the hotel knows that there are 2 guests checking in, this was a bit off putting. But room service promptly brought the other towel and glass when we called. 2. We were given only one key card, considering that there are 2 guests - again this was a bit weird to us. They said that they don't have a second key card for the room. So it was a bit of a hassle for us to share the one."

"A perfectly charming hotel with the friendliest, most thoughtful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were there five nights in a spacious room with beautiful appointments. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The front desk arranged a sailboat cruise for us and yoga every morning on the roof at 6:30 AM. I can’t wait to come back to this dreamy place a block from the ocean. "
