"What a nice place - the family who runs this boutique hotel is caring and attentive, making sure that anything you need while you're in the city is taken care of.
The hotel is quite comfortable with stylish rooms, well made beds, and decent showers.
Note that the hotel is very close to the public transit (teleferico) lines, but that it's quite a climb up stairs from the hotel to the teleferico. It's super convenient to be so close, but be aware at this altitude the climb can go slowly!"
"The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable and the staff were really welcoming and helpful. A great place to stay for a short trip to La Paz."
"A just renewed hotel, comfy, cozy and clean room. Tasty breakfasts. 3 blocks a way from historic center witch makes this hotel a quiet and lovely place to stay. Highly recommend!"
"Excellence hotel, small and cozy, interesting guests. It is located in the embassy area and steps away from the Yellow line gondolas (important in La Paz) Management and staff very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make suggestions to improve your La Paz experience."

"This institution is professional, kind, always there for their guests. I have no complaint, everything was perfect. Room service was great, the pool and spa area was great. The bar staff were efficient. The front office people were super helpful in setting up taxis. The breakfast was amazing. We had just come back from climbing Huayna Potosi and despite looking like backpackers the staff all treated us like their best clients. We were charmed by the place and woukd highly recommebd it to anyone going to La Paz. The location is not necessarily the best as it is far away from downtown but still has the benefit if being super quiet. "
"The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The staff are bilingual and helpful. The a/c worked great! The key card only allows you access to your floor, main lobby, and the pool - which was in their spa area. They also have a sauna and a steam room. Breakfast was included and was traditional and yummy. "
"This place is AMAZING!
I arrived at 0500 looking like a zombie having flown overnight from Bogotá and they let me check in. Yes, I will pay $60 for more sleep, thanks! Breakfast was delicious, with loads of options. I then spent some time in the spa trying to turn myself back into a human and it was just what I needed. There’s a steam room, hot tub, and a lap pool and I had them all to myself.
The room itself was gorgeous, spacious, and well furnished. I particularly appreciated a very good hair dryer when I realised the one I brought wouldn’t work. There are plenty of plugs, lighting options and a very comfy bed (although I’d have happily slept on a concrete slab when I first arrived). The view from my room was of the surrounding mountains and was so beautiful.
It was National Pedestrian Day when I was there, but the hotel is a 20 min walk from a restaurant block (El Bosque Boulevard) and from Irpavi station for Mi Teleferico. I’m a woman travelling by herself and didn’t feel unsafe in the area, although all the time I spent outside was in daylight.
Special mention for Ernesto on the front desk who was wonderful and so helpful. His English was brilliant, which I appreciated as my Spanish very much isn’t! He and the rest of the staff went the extra mile every time.
I’ve travelled fairly widely and I’d say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in, particularly in terms of service, amenities, design, and location, and definitely at the price point. I will 100% be back!!"
