Huge fridge, a/c works perfectly, microwave, double glass door to shield from city noise, amazing ocean view rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer and clean for less than $100 USD in the best location in Busan. It’s not a huge space but you don’t need more than the private bathroom and a balcony to sit and contemplate 🙌"

"Great location for exploring the different parts of Busan. The area itself is less touristy then some of the other districts, resulting in a more pleasant stay. Many restaurants and shops nearby, and open until quite late. The room itself is a bit older, but it was kept very clean. I stayed on one of the higher floors, and heard very little noise from outside or from other rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay here again when visiting Busan."

"The room by itself was acceptable for that price. Nothing special but good enough to get some rest. But all the shared areas are really dirty. Especially the restroom/shower is in a very bad condition and super dirty (even though it gets cleaned). For half the price it would be acceptable. But it was an experience by itself "

"Its important to recognize that this is a residential hotel, meaning it is an apartment you're staying in, so it will not have all the amenities of a standard hotel, but with that in mind I had a great stay. The communication beforehand was great, the apartment was clean and huge, and the view was beautiful. Not much more I could have asked for. "
