"One night stay. Lovely room. However, heating could have been turned on. Room was cold. Shower and bath water lukewarm. Service very good as was breakfast. "

You had an event on and were extremely busy but he was working so hard and delivered excellent service. We saw he was also still working at breakfast! Again he worked so hard and was so friendly. A real credit. We will definitely stay again when we visit the area. Thank you "

"We arrived about 6pm. We went through from the bar area to the hotel section and we’re very warmly greeted, given all the info and made to feel very welcome. The room was cosy and had good views out. The decor and particularly the bathroom needed a bit of TLC. It all worked but needed the odd bit of paint here and there and maybe new carpets in the halls. Breakfast was fantastic! Overall very good and great for the below average last minute price we paid. The location is stunning!"
