"The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them. The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night. "

"The area around the property did not look good, but the property itself was very clean and nice. The staff were great and the food was even better. I did not like that they didn’t specify in their cite that their pool are is not finished and that construction is still ongoing."

"Very clean and updated style and decor of bathroom and room. Child friendly because our room came with cute bedsheets and even had a resident plushy, and a kids table with blocks. Toothbrushes, and shampoo for for adult and child was a nice thought. Right next to the pedestrian street but not noisy. Free washer use but the dryer is wonky. Still loved my stay"
